一公司历史：
公司成立于1990年，总部位于中国郑州金岱汽车工业园区，东临东风日产、西邻宇通客车、南邻福耀玻璃、北邻海马汽车，总建筑面积25000平方米。

二生产能力：
公司现有员工250余名，30台注塑生产设备、6台汽车通风管吹塑设备、60条生产流水线，日产20000套。

三产品研发：
公司现有研发人员30人，技术师50名，每年新产品研发30余项。

四质量保证：
公司全面通过ISO9001:2008质量管理体系认证、ISO／TS16949:2009汽车零部件质量体系认证，曾荣获2008年度消费者满意单位、河南省质量创品牌示范单位称号。

五货源保证：
公司拥有15000平方米产品储备仓库，有效解决旺季供货需求。

六模具制造：
公司现有模具技师20余名，模具加工设备15台，22年的模具制造经验。

Zhengzhou Shengda'er Plastic Mould Co., Ltd.(including Shengda'er Plastic Molding Co., Ltd. and Shengda'er Automotive Accessories Co., Ltd.) - Shengda'er Plastic Molding Co., Ltd. is an automotive industry supporting manufacturer, while Shengda'er Automotive Accessories Co., Ltd. is a supporting production manufacturer for major automotive manufacturers (Dongfeng Nissan, Dongfeng Visteon).

II. Production capacity: The company currently has over 250 employees, 30 injection molding production machines, 6 blow molding machines for automotive ventilation pipes, and 60 production lines, with a daily output of 20,000 sets.

III. Product Development:

The company currently has 30 R&D personnel and 50 technicians. Every year, it develops over 30 new products.

IV. Quality Assurance:

The company has fully obtained ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification and ISO/TS16949:2009 automotive component quality system certification. It has also been awarded the titles of "Consumer Satisfaction Unit of 2008" and "Demonstration Unit for Quality Creation and Brand Building in Henan Province".

V. Supply Assurance:

The company has a 15,000-square-meter product storage warehouse, which effectively meets the demand for supply during peak seasons.

The company currently has over 20 mold technicians and 15 mold processing machines. It has 22 years of mold manufacturing experience.

一、岗位职责：
1.具有丰富的销售管理经验；

二、任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，有3年以上软硬件销售管理经验优先考虑；
2. 制订销售策略:结合区域市场特点以及公司总体经营战略目标,制定各区域市场短、中、长期拓展目标、销售策略,并组织实施;
3. 销售体系管理:根据销售策略,配置相应资源,并建立、维护公司的销售网络以及销售管理体系,通过市场推广以及资源整合,不断提升公司以及产品品牌知名度,确保公司产品销售得以持续增长;
4.团队建设管理:根据经营战略,合理配置团队资源,通过培育塑造以及绩效管理挖掘员工潜能,并带领团队完成年度目标任务;

电话销售

一、岗位要求：
1. 熟练掌握公司各类产品知识及销售话术，为客户提供最具针对性的相关产品及服务。
2. 通过电话销售的模式，开发新客户，维护、巩固及拓展老客户。
3. 通过电话量、客户覆盖率、客户信息完整度与销售进程等考核方法推动完成客户成交。
4. 根据公司要求完成销售目标，达成每日、每周、每月的各项绩效指标。
5. 按要求定期提交销售工作报表及工作总结（日、周、月）。
6. 配合公司做好客户回款工作及合同的签订与完成公司临时安排的工作。

二、任职要求：
1. 专科以上学历，一年以上销售经理，有网络推广、电话销售和地推销售经验者优先。
2. 具备良好的销售意识和电话沟通技巧，普通话流利。
3. 富有开拓精神和良好的团队合作意识，有很强的学习和沟通能力，良好的协调能力、应变能力和解决问题的能力。
4. 积极热情、敬业爱岗，心理素质佳，有较强的抗压能力。
